Returns. Payment, Delivery, Advertising Information
ADVERTISING
If you want to advertise your shop or retail online site on our wholesale site we can offer three different options
OPTION 1: Banner with link 217 x 92 pixels £1000 per year
OPTION 2: Banner with link 217 x 50 pixels £600 per year
OPTION 3: Two lines of text with link £300 per year
DELIVERY
We will deliver to anywhere in the UK and Europe. Please see below for delivery rates. All prices quoted are NET of VAT. Delivery to UK mainland (excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland) is free over £150.00 and this is our minimum order value.
Delivery charges apply to all other areas. Please place your order on line and we will calculate the delivery surcharge and contact you.
MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order is £150.00 and we will not supply goods under this value.
BREAKAGES OR SHORTAGES Claims for breakages or shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. It is our policy to give credit against future orders rather than replacement for all shortages or damages.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS POLICY
If goods are faulty then we request customers to telephone us on 01142423352 or e-mail us at sales@regenthouse.co.uk stating the nature of the problem. We will then inform you of the course of action we will take. Sometimes we will request you to return the item so we can check the nature of the problem and we will refund you for the postage if the goods are deemed to be faulty. A credit will then be issues to your account which will be taken off your next order. If however you wish to return goods because you no longer want them we will ask you to pay the postage and a credit will be issued against your account. All returns must be made within 7 days.
AUTHORISED ACCOUNTS Payment before despatch unless an authorised account is opened. However our accounts are suject to credit checks and also only after a trading relationship has been established. If you wish to open a credit account please request an application form. Please note: Credit accounts only available in UK mainland. Please note we cannot accept credit cards to settle accounts. They may be used at time of purchase only. ** Please note that currently NO new credit accounts are being opened **
PAYMENT
Ownership of goods does not transfer until payment is received in full. Payment will be taken in sterling.
SPECIAL OFFERS
No more than one bonus/special offer may be claimed against any one product range.
