Description
Myrrh has been used since ancient times. It is believed to assist physical healing and promote feelings of happiness, strength and confidence. Gold is traditionally used as incense in divinatory and cleansing ceremonies. Frankincense was used mainly for purification and cleansing.
Gold, Frankincense & Myrrh were brought as a gift in the Bible to Jesus by the three wise men when He was born and as such are greatly associated with this time of the year.
For best results heat the resin either in an oil burner or by using traditionally heated purpose designed charcoal discs.
