Over the past year we have received an increasing amount of orders from customers who do not have a genuine business and it is very important to us that we only supply trade customers who need to have their margin protected. VAT - As you are all aware the VAT has now changed again from 15% back to 17.5%. We have over 1500 products on our web site and each one has to be changed manually so this can take us several weeks so the VAT be may incorrect on your total. However when we send your goods and invoice for any orders despatched in January you will be charged 17.5% VAT.
